Charming Farmhouse in an exceptional village! 75 minutes from Paris towards Orleans, discover the magnificent medieval & very flowery village of Yevre-le-Chatel, classified as "one of the most beautiful villages in France", with its ramparts, fortress & classified churches, its sculptures & authentic houses... My ideally located and quiet residence consists of a newly renovated 19th century house, with 3 bedrooms upstairs, a large courtyard with pergola, swimming pool and barn, and a large garden. Guest access The villa is easy to access and close to free public parking. If necessary, parking is available in the private courtyard. The villa is a 2-minute walk from the center of the village with pedestrian and flowered streets. During your stay As you wish, i can be discreet, but always around in case you need my help, Or Sociable and open for many activities, shared meals, outings... so you can enjoy your journey at your best !
