Our condo is situated in a very friendly local neighborhood getting you closer to local life. The community is near Central Pattaya Rd and with great accessibility. While staying away from the noise and disturbance of the center touristic area, as well as enjoying the vacation leisure and tranquillity, you can still have all the convenience that you need and easily get to the touristic area within just a few minutes’ ride. The space 24-hour security in community, free parking lot; motorbike rental service is available in the community; 2 swimming pools are located on 1st and 3rd floor respectively for you to choose! Thai/western restaurants, convenience shops, massage shops, laundry, motorbike rental are available in the community; 7-11 is just next to the entrance of the community, many restaurants, bars and massage shops are also around, with price cheaper than that in the center touristic area; 600 meters to supermarket Big C, where you can buy Thai local products all you need for daily life; 2km to the beach in central Pattaya, can easily go by Songthaew (public transportation in Pattaya, 10 baht per person) in front of Big C Extra, or motorbike (60-100 baht per person to the central touristic area); 800 meters to Max Muay Thai Stadium Pattaya; Guest access The whole room will be for your use. Other things to note You will be required to pay 1000 baht of deposit upon check-in, which will be returned to you when check-out if no damage or loss is found in the room; You will be required to pay 350 baht of cleaning fee if you need cleaning service during your stay; If you will stay more than two weeks, you may be required to pay for the electricity and water based on the actual usage; Please bring your passport and other important belongings with you when going out; Please take care of the room key, you will be required to pay if you lost it
