The space The apartment is spacious, independent, quiet and fully equipped. There is also no steps in the building which makes it more special. Also the reserved car parking makes it really convenient. The space has 3 bedrooms, 3 beds with attached washrooms, kitchen, living room, private parking, garden, guard room and a walking pathway inside the property only for an evening or morning walk. The property has all the basic equipment that one needs during a comfortable stay. The kitchen has a LPG gas line connection, mini fridge. All the rooms are fully furnished with independent air conditioning, flat screen tv, wardrobe, sofa and work/study desk. All the bedrooms has king size beds with medium-hard cushioning which makes it comfortable for taller people. Two size of pillows with different type of cushioning and not to forget a garden facing view which will definitely make your mornings better. The washrooms are equipped with all the basic toiletries. Both hot and cold water facility is there. Our property is fully sanitized and we follow all the covid related protocols. Music is only allowed indoors at a low volume only till 10 pm in the night, after that music cannot be played. Any kind of hooting is prohibited and may lead to cancellations at that moment only. 4. Guest list to be provided beforehand, no visitors will be allowed. 5. Government ids to be provided at the time of check-in. 6. I’m only hosting maximum 09 people and no visiting guests are allowed. 7. Any kind of events, functions are allowed in the day time. 8. Parties and birthdays are allowed. ( Maximum 10 guests ) 9. Airport Pick Up and Drop is complimentary on demand. 10. Weapons are not allowed on the property 11. INR 1000 per person would be charged if there are any extra guests as compared to the number of guests mentioned in the booking. 12. Sitting in the lawn is only allowed till 10 pm.
