The Stables Studio in Melrose town centre

Located in the heart of Melrose, this quirky loft conversion is just a 2 minutes’ walk from the centre of the historic town of Melrose. You have your own private entrance, small internal area for coats, shoes etc then up to the bright studio where there is a double bed, two lovely armchairs, a dining table with 2 two chairs, a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a bathroom with shower/wc and basin. The space This studio is presented to a high standard and is an ideal base for sightseeing, walking, cycling and fishing (on the nearby River Tweed). While set in the heart of Melrose, it's secluded and private location gives you a peaceful setting in which to relax. Bikes, fishing tackle, walking gear etc can be stored in the garage. Bikes are available if you'd like to travel around and a travel cot is also available on request. Guest access The whole studio is your own to use, and parking is right outside. You also have seats outside the door to take in the great views of Melrose and the Eildons. Other things to note Trains to and from Edinburgh run every hour and the station at Tweedbank is a 20 minute walk, so also provides a great option for visiting Edinburgh as well as a great bolthole for the Edinburgh Festival.
