Quiet area The space This a nice 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 toilets, shared bathroom, washing machine, air condition is in the living room , kitchen, free WIFI internet connection. I am renting a single room with double bed. Rooms are equiped with cooling fans, no AC in private rooms. There is parking place in front of the house for your car. Apartment is in a nice and quite neighbourhood surrounded by a garden with beautiful fruit trees. It is 10minutes walk to main bus station which can connect you to nearby places like old town NIN, Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica Park of Nature and to everywhere you want to go :) 15-20minutes is walk to the old town. Zadar (ancient Zara), the main city of northern Dalmatia, is one of Croatia’s more underrated destinations. The marble, traffic-free streets follow the old Roman street plan and still contain some Roman ruins and several medieval churches. Massive 16th-century fortifications still shield the city on the landward side, with high walls running along the harbour. I am a host speaking english very well, love to meet new people and would be at your service to make your stay enjoying experience. See you! ADDITION: Please understand that during JULY and AUGUST we mostly do not rent this ROOM to single people, so BEFORE sending a REQUEST please ask with a msg, or we will have to DECLINE YOUR REQUEST. IF you like the room and want to book it as a single person, understand that price will be adjusted to 30EUR/night+ airbnb fees. NEW ADDITION 2023: Due to raise in cost of cleaning, we will no longer be renting rooms for single night only. Minimum 3nights. Or at 50eur a night, if you wish to book single night.
