The Boathouse - Studio in Perth's Gastronomic Hub

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris. The space Our night rate INCLUDES breakfast items for stays up to 5 days, and complimentary coffee pods for expresso machine, or plunge coffee also available. Fresh food markets & takeaway food all within 250 metres, and easy walk to gym & public library . We have yoga mats available on request and for a small fee, use of Roll-away bed for a child. This space is great for a staycation, or, as a work-from-home alternative. Guest access Entrance to the studio is separate, via a short path at the left side of our main house, with keypad code sent up to 12 hrs before arrival. There is a small private deck area but you are welcome to enjoy our garden space, with fresh herbs growing at your door.
