Apartment completely furnished, perfect for those who are looking to visit Rome whilst benefiting from the comforts of living in a well-connected residential area a short distance away from the centre and all the tourist attractions (San Peter by train 12mins, Trastevere 18mins). Ideally for couples or families, fully equiped for children which are welcome! I would like you feel at your home, while you enjoy Rome! Wifi, 2 big bedroom and the possibility to have breakfast in the balcony. The space The apartment, which comes completely furnished, air conditioned, comprises an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms with new TVs, an ample balcony with table and chairs, a liveable fitted kitchen (including kettle, toaster, and blender) with fridge-freezer, gas oven, and bathroom with shower. The apartment comes with a new washing machine, iron, hairdryer, reinforced front door, safe and fan. An office layout (printer and laptop) and portable DVD player with screen (does not connect to TV) with children DVDs are available on request. Upon request, it's possible to have 2 extra singol bed with air mattress (high 25cm) only for 10€/day for each one. The apartment is in a residential condominium, with elevator and has autonomous heating. The apartment is situated within 200mts of all local amenities (supermarkets, shops, banks and pharmacies/drugstores), there is a bar downstairs with restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance. You can live as a real roman citizen! Families are welcome and additional equipment (with possibility of renting strollers, baby slings, baby carriers and carry potter) is available on request. Other things to note The apartment offers you the home-away-from-home experience a short distance from central Rome and all the comforts of everyday life! We politely asked guests not to smoke in the apartment. Valid identification must be shown at check-in in order to officially register the guest with the Questura di Roma- a legal requirement. THE ADMISSION OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS IS NOT PERMITTED. On checking in, guests are given the keys to the apartment, be careful not to lose them; changing of the lock costs €150.00 and will be debited from by the guest.
