Super Wide Private Villa located in the heart of Seminyak with the modern style and instagramable in each spot, the breakfast is included and it is provided by Kilo Restaurant, you can choose to have your floating breakfast or have it at the restaurant. The location just 10 minutes by walk to La Favela and 15 minutes to Kudeta and Seminyak Beach. We do have gym facilities onsite, the staff and security is 24 hours to make sure you stay comfort and easy. The space My space is a private villa with the private pool inside the villa and spacious sitting and dining area. The facilities that may sharing is the Gym and the Restaurant, but you can have your breakfast inside of the villa with option of floating breakfast other facilities is fully private. Other things to note FAQ : -Q: What’s included in the monthly stay? - A: For monthly stay, we have some services and facilities adjustment. Here are the details. - Twice a week basic cleaning (sweep & mop) - Twice a week bedsheet and towel renewal - BREAKFAST Included - Mineral waters are provided once in the check-in - Include electricity. - Q: Is there any extra beds? - A: This is a 1 bedroom villa that can accommodate 2 people by default. We can provide 1 more extra single bed for an additional price IDR 400.000 per night. - Q : Do we provide pick up service? - A : We are 35-45 minutes from the airport. We can assist you to provide an airport pick up service with the cost at IDR 350K (around USD 20) per car with driver including gasoline, with maximum capacity of 3 people + luggage. The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall by holding a signage of your name. - Q: Is there breakfast available? - A: Breakfast is included. - Q: Is there pantry inside? - A: yes, there is panty inside the villa with simple kitchen equipment. - Q: Do you provide any floating breakfast service? - A: Yes, we do - Q : What time the check-in policy? - A : Please be informed that our check-in time is at 14:00 by default. However, you are most welcome to arrive at any earlier time, drop your luggage first and start enjoying your day exploring the area while waiting for your villa to be ready. Our check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point. However, you may leave the room and pack your luggage by noon time while our onsite team start cleaning the villa. - Q : Do we provide scooter? - A : We can also ask our onsite team to help you with motorbike rental. It usually costs at around IDR 70K (around USD 5) per day without petrol, including 2 helmets. - Q : Can I see the property before I make a booking? - A : Airbnb policy stated that we can not do site visit before the booking confirmed for safety reason. - Q: Can you speak in Bahasa? - A: Yes, we can speak in Bahasa and also in English :) - Q : Can you accept payment by cash? - A : We can't accept payment by cash, all of the payment only directly by Airbnb - Q: Can I smoking in the room? - A: No, you can't.
