The apartment can be a bit hot in hot weather, so we put portable fans at your disposal. My apartment is located in a commercial and tourism area. The area can be noisy and behind the back of the building there is a veterinarian where you could sometimes hear dogs barking or roosters sing. Main bedroom: Double bed with closet, TV, portable fan hooks and sliding windows. Secondary bedroom: Two twin beds with closet, ironing facilities, sliding windows. The bathroom is located in the middle of the two bedrooms and is complete. We leave a first aid kit, hair dryer and towels. Guest access A person will be waiting for you to welcome you at the front door of the building during check-in, showing you how to enter and exit the place. The building does not have a 24-hour front desk, security, or parking. There are boarding houses near the apartment. You can also park on the street. It has an hourly cost and fraction. This condominium has only 4 apartments and a rooftop area. We do not have shared common areas or amenities. Other things to note Please note the following points before booking our space. - We do not have an elevator, only access by stairs, 3 floors are climbed. - Our property is not accessible to people who need to arrive in a wheelchair, crutches, canes, elderly people or people with disabilities. - The apartment can be very hot in hot weather, so we leave portable fans and recommend opening the windows in the rooms. The windows in the room (living and dining room) cannot be opened. - We do not have parking and/or parking space on site. We can recommend places nearby. - Once you have checked out, do not forget to lock the apartment and leave the keys inside the lockbox located outside the apartment. Remember to open the main door of the building first, otherwise you will have to go back up to the apartment for the keys. - The building is located in a vehicular area with a lot of traffic, business and behind us there is a veterinary clinic. So we don't recommend staying here if you're very sensitive to noise. Take into account that Mexico City is a megalopolis and noise will be inevitable. If you want to rest, we recommend booking in the forest, magical villages or on the outskirts of the city. - Remember that to register your stay, our hostess will ask the names of the people who will be staying at our property.
