The area is a calm residential area in the suburbs of Munich. The space Cosy room on the top floor of our house. We also live in the house. The room is sunny and has 4 windows to open. Wooden floor. Our house is not far away from Ottobrunn city center which offers restaurants and pubs and in summertime a beergarden. Guest access We would like to inform that guests cannot use our private kitchen or private fridge. An individual fridge and microwave oven are provided adjacent to the individual room. There are no facilities available for cleaning clothes. Unfortunately we cannot provide breakfast for you. During your stay We give our guest information how to find their way to Munich city center and the nearby shops and restaurants. Other things to note We prefer guest who respect that we live in the house and also need our privacy.
