Our apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Venice, just a few steps from Campo San Giacomo dell’Orio, a charming, authentic Venetian neighborhood beloved by locals. Ideal for a romantic getaway, it offers a cozy and peaceful atmosphere while keeping you within easy reach of Venice’s main attractions: Rialto Bridge (10 min) San Polo (10 min) St. Mark’s Square (20 min) Restaurants, cafés, wine bars and local shops nearby. CITY TAX: €4 pp/night, not included, to be paid cash at check-in. The space The apartment has high beamed ceilings and a direct view on Calle Larga Rosa and its cheerful comings and goings. It is located on the first floor of an ancient building very close to the Grand Canal and consists of entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It benefits from lots of natural light from the living room windows which look out onto the Calle and where you can watch the world go by. Our accommodation offers a clean, homely and comfortable living space: it is furnished in a modern style and has all the comforts that can make you feel at home after a busy day visiting the city: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen utensils, oven and microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron, hairdryer. Centrally located, it is easy to reach from the railway station and from Riva de Biasio and S.Stae vaporetto stops (the latter is the stop for the Alilaguna boats - Orange Line - that connect the historic centre of Venice to Marco Polo airport).
