The Granary Cabin is set in 4.5 acres of private land. The owners live in the main house. Itchingfield is a hamlet in W. Sussex and around 3 miles from Horsham with bespoke shops and restaurants. 30 mins from Brighton & Worthing. The cabin is spacious & modern, offers privacy within the grounds inc. a sun deck & Hot tub., accommodating 4 guests & space for a cot. The space Two Large double bedroom with a shared en suite bathroom with shower and bath. Wardrobe and shelving. Overlooking beautiful 4.5 acre land with woodland and small lake. We supply towels and bedding to both rooms. There is a well equipped kitchen with a multi cooker microwave grill /combi oven. Please note there is no fixed oven. There is a small ceramic hob for two pans. Dishwasher and washing machine. Breakfast bar to seat two and table to seat 4 if required . Outside is a sofa and table set for 6 for use in the warmer months. Suitable for well behaved dogs ! Please note there are two dogs on our premises which have use of land and are not always enclosed . You are advised to keep your dog on a lead if they are nervous of other dogs . We also have free roaming chickens. Guest access Via a step free private entrance to Cabin. Wheelchair accessible but standard width doors Other things to note There is an outside deck to the rear which has a handrail, so caution should be taken. Young children and those unsteady on their feet should be accompanied around the grounds. There are some natural hazards and guests have access at their own risk. Children under 3 are only permitted in the hot tub with express permission from the owners for safety reasons. No nappies or swimmer wearing infants permitted during to health and safety reasons. The property is approached along a farm track which is speed restricted . Please drive slowly. Post code is RH13 ONU. The road can only be accessed from Itchingfield village end . Vehicles are not authorised to drive beyond gates further up lane. Please leave washing to the hosts at end of stay. We have two dogs so if your dog is nervous or aggressive please use a leash. We also have free roaming chickens and ducks. Dogs must not be kept in the cabin by themselves . Electric vehicle charging point available . Enquire for charge. We also have a bespoke and beautiful Shepherds Hut for two people if this seems too large for your requirements . Additionally we have a country cottage for two on site.
