Our beautiful 18th century renovated country house ("finca") on the outskirts of Soller has spectacular views and a fantastic pool. 5 bedrooms all with en-suite. Enjoy a relaxing stay in one of nicest areas of the valley. WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY SUN-SUN (Max 10 guests) The space This is a one-of a kind house that we hope you will really enjoy. It was originally built as a farm house over 300 years ago. It still has the original features such as the stone floor and the "ancient kitchen" which has now been converted to a chill-out area. Recently it was converted to a small hotel, with all the modern conveniences in keeping with the ancient building. Every bedroom has its own en-suite for this reason! It also still has the hotel kitchen, meaning that there is plenty of space for foodies to do their thing. The house is located on the walking trail between Soller and Port de Soller and so is perfect for those who enjoy hiking. There are lots of interesting cycling options nearby also. The house has many spare rooms for groups to split up and hang out if required - a games room/ bar, office, reading room, chill-out areas, and so on. Or you can spend all day around the pool in privacy. The best part of the house is around the patios out the back, where there are fantastic views over the valley. (The five bedrooms on the first floor not suitable for over 65 year olds – the garden room suitable for all ages which you can access separately from the garden/patio.) Guest access Guests will have access to the full house and use of all amenities. Only storage rooms containing personal items will be locked and off-limits. (The pool is at the bottom of the garden about 50 meters from the house through a few steps.) Large outdoor dining table on the main patio with seating for 10 Living areas: 3 Other areas: games room, office, "chill-out" Other: Two different dining areas Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: End cleaning, bed linen and towels included Amenities/Facilities: Private Pool, Parking, Garden. Cot, High Chair, Internet Access (WiFi) High-tech electronic security system with electronic key access Other things to note In the fiscal year 2016, Law 2/2016, of 30 March, the Suitable Tourism Tax, was approved and launched regarding a tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands This is 2E per day per person and it is not included in the price.
