Stay in a traditional sasak rice barn newly converted into sleeping quarters with beautiful views of rice terrace, river and mountain of rinjani. Get away from tourists and sleep in the middle of a farm, in small Indonesian village. Hear the sound of the river rock you to sleep at night and watch the rice paddies surrounded by beautiful dragon flies. The space A traditional rice barn is an old style sasak building made from wood of the Jackfruits tree, made with wide rounded pillars that don't allow rodents to climb in and eat the rice. The top of the rice barn has been converted with new bamboo and wood. And underneath there is a gazeboo space to chill and relax. The conversion is brand new, with new double bed and mattress, a desk and basic chair. There is a fan but the situation of the barn and windows have a lovely natural breeze and is cool at night. There is also a mosquito net for night time protection. There are hooks and hangers, fresh linen, comfy pillows and blankets. There is also a western style flushing toliet with enclosed shower available to use. Breakfast is traditional Indonesian style included in the price. Cooked by Indonesian family on a fire stove. Please note cleaning fee to be paid directly to the host 50,000 IDR The family will look after your needs and request, if you need transport, motorbike hire, tours or any other questions. There is also option to order lunch or dinner. Or upon request there is also a basic kitchen facilities available if you would like to do your own cooking. Wi-Fi mobile box is available at extra cost of 50,000 IDR for duration of your stay. The barn is located just a few kilometres away from the famous waterfall senaru, as well as other lesser known waterfalls that are even more beautiful and a great location to rest before and after undertaking a rinjani trek which can also be arranged through us.
