Beautiful home located in gated residential community. Walking into this home you are greeted with a stairway. Going up will lead you to a spacious open living space with a gourmet kitchen, a large table for six and comfortable seating. The pocket doors open up to a deck perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The expansive views of the ocean await as well as a direct view of Land's End. Going up one more level and you will arrive on the rooftop deck. Perfect for watching a sunset, enjoying a siesta in the hammock or socializing with friends. The breezes give you a break from the heat and makes it a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Going downstairs to the bottom floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom has twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a slider out to the private pool. These bedrooms share a "jack and Jill" full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and and en suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a slider out to the private pool. All bedrooms have plenty of storage and TVs with Netflix. The house has a full water purification system, a washer and dryer and all basic amenities (towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, basic kitchen supplies). There are views from the pool, the deck off the living space and the rooftop deck. It is a quick 5-10 minute drive to downtown or the beach. Very quiet residential community with privacy from neighbors. The living room has pocket doors that open up onto a deck open indoor/outdoor living. The expansive rooftop deck has a relaxing hammock and comfortable seating and expansive views of the ocean, city lights and the arch. Full house with private pool and garage. Community pool, palapa area and hot tub We have an amazing local concierge team who live 5 minutes from the home. The house is conveniently located just behind Costco/Home Depot and only a 5-min drive to downtown Cabo. Just far enough from the noise and activity of downtown, yet close enough to enjoy the amenities. Car is recommended - but taxi is feasible. Approximately a $25 Taxi ride into town (one way). 3 miles to Medano Beach 5 miles to marina 8 miles to Santa Maria Bay 10 miles from Chileno Beach NOTE: This property is in a QUIET residential community and is NOT RECOMMENDED for spring breakers, bachelor, or bachelorette gatherings. It is not a resort. All HOA regulations must be followed. Decimal meter is located in main floor of home and outside areas. Nothing is recorded other than decimal level. If noise levels are noted as too high, renter will be warned. Continued loud noises will result in eviction. Video cameras are located outside the house at the front door and the lower level looking at the backyard. These are for security purposes.
