Unique house in the heart of Veneto

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more. The space Our house is very unique in its design. It has been furnished with care and attention to allow you to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house was rebuilt in 2008 using many original materials from ancient Venetian villas. We prefer open spaces and airy rooms as you can see from the photos. The house really stands out from other houses. On the first floor you will find a double bed and a separate full bathroom with a wonderful vintage style bath and a double marble sink. There is also a brand new comfortable double sofa bed. On the ground floor is the living area with an elegant, fully equipped kitchen. You will also find the dining area and the lounge. In addition there is another bathroom with a shower. There are two beautiful, large gardens (one at the back and one at the front of the house) that offer some fantastic features including a swing and BBQ. The gardens are completely closed making is safe for your children and dogs to run around and play safely. The patio allows you to enjoy the view of the garden while you relax outside. The house has air conditioning for the hot summer days and during the winter months there are two fantastic wood burning stoves which are more than sufficient to heat the house and we provide the wood for free. Guest access All the space is only for you with its own private parking space and entrance. The garden is extremely large and completely closed.
