Turn left and continue to the cross roads. Go straight through and when you reach the main road cross over to the beach car park. Alternatively turn left out of the gate. Take the next right down to the main road. Turn right and continue on past Cable O Leary's pub. Next left is the entrance to the beach To Skellig Ring and Valentia: Turn right out of the gate to the end of the road. Turn left and continue to the cross roads. Turn right at the cross roads and continue on for 15.54 kms via St Finian's Bay (Chocolate Factory on right) and Portmagee. Cross bridge to Valentia Island. Some of the most stunning scenery in Ireland. Alternatively if you are visiting Caherciveen, you might like to take the ferry from Reenard Point To Skellig Islands: Boat trips from the Pier Ballinskelligs and from Portmagee To Waterville: Turn left out of gate and take the first right to the main road. Turn left and take the right for Waterville (signposted). Continue to the next T junction and take the right for Waterville. Directions to the Waterville Golf Links via R566 and Ring of Kerry/N70: Head north on Cois Trá Lower/R566 Continue to follow R566 3.2 km Turn right onto R567 5.9 km Turn right onto Ring of Kerry/N70 2.7 km Slight right 1.1 km Turn right 400 m Slight left 78 m Turn left 550 m To Caherciveen: Turn left out of the gate and take the first right to the main road.
