Nestled within the picturesque city of Collioure, this beautiful holiday home is 1 of 7 villas in a tranquil private residence. Surrounded by vineyards, mountains with the views of the Mediterranean sea and a glimpse of the Fort Saint Elme, this home will provide rest and relaxation at its finest. The residence also offers free access to the pool (open from June 1 to Mid October ) as well as a private parking area. This is a 2-story holiday home. WiFi is available throughout the property. The space The first floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet and a spare room. The spare room can be used as a bedroom as there is a sofa bed (queen size), a washing machine and a microwave. Please be aware that there isn't a window/AC in this room. This floor provides access to the terrace, garden, sun deck and the pool. The Second floor consists of 2 bedrooms and is accessible by stairs. The master's bedroom has 1 queen bed and a balcony with a sea/garden/pool view. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds (currently configured as one large bed) and a balcony. The bathroom is located on this floor. This property is recommended for 4 persons, however can accommodate 6 by using the sofa bed in the spare room.
