This new residential complex is located at the foot of the mountain, facing the forest, next to the historic city center and the springs. There is a reception in the house, and the whole territory is equipped with video cameras. In the house and outside the windows quietly and calmly, mostly the owners of apartments come to rest or rent apartments to tourists. Near the entrance there is free parking during the day, and a paid, 24-hour, secure parking is located just three minutes from the house. A children's playground is within walking distance. Many people use a combination of spas and treatments in Karlovy Vary and skiing and bike tours in Klínovec and Boží Dar, which is only 15 km away. For large companies, we also have two mattresses, which, if necessary, can easily be placed on the floor. We can accommodate up to 8, and even 10, people with only 20 euros extra for each one after 4 persons. We use lodging for the rest of our family members, so you will find comfortable cushions, blankets, bath and bath towels, linens in the bedrooms. In our family there are children, therefore in the apartment you will find children's sleeping accessories and even children's furniture (table, chairs), toys, including toys for bathing. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bath, so you can fully bathe the child. At the same time there is no clutter, old items and useless interior items. Spaciousness, cleanliness and security are important to us. We provide a flat for our apartment free Wi-Fi and satellite TV with packages of international and Russian TV channels. Other things to note In the immediate vicinity of the house, within walking distance are such spa hotels as the famous "Imperial" (2 min), in the foyer of which everyone can drink water # 1 and "Sansussi" (3-5 min) with a wide range of services of a spa, including a cryo-capsule. Food store in a 2-minute walk. At a distance of 2-5 minutes walk there are several restaurants with Czech, Russian, European and Georgian cuisine. Right in front of our house (1-2 minutes walk) is a sports complex with tennis courts, a chic gym. Nearby is located and equipped with whirlpools and a jacuzzi pool at the hotel, where you can come for a small fee. Pedestrian forest routes are laid right behind the house. A short walk from our house is one of the best Czech clinics in the field of cosmetology and plastic surgery.
