Other things to note Please note : This property is located on the 2nd floor ( top floor ) walk-up ( with no lift ) approximately 30 steps up to get to the flat, So you will need to be fit enough to climb up and that is why i do not think it is suitable for families with babies or push chairs. Leinster Terrace is a lovely location , But naturally busy with cars and people walking around during the day and calm during the night.
