In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on the terrace and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals, and the playground for children. You can sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you. The space The cottage is 50m2, has 2 separate bedrooms, both upstairs. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen where you can prepare any meal, brew a good coffee in the pressure maker. There is also a washing machine. During your stay, we'll make sure our guests don't run out of anything. We have prepared a small library and board games. The rooms have blackout pleats in the windows, in the summer we install insect nets. The covered patio outside the cottage is 20m2. You can lie on a lounge chair, sit by the grill, or hang out in a hammock. The cottage is year-round - heating is included. For your convenience, we've installed the latest hybrid heaters (convection and infrared). The heaters are set to 19-20 degrees. If the temperature in the house is too low or too high for you, you can set them according to your preferences. The fireplace is an additional source of heat. During the heating season, we provide firewood. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the cottage and its surroundings. There is a roofed terrace, a brick barbecue, a children's playground with a trampoline, swings, a small climbing wall, and a parking lot. The area of the cottage is fenced with a wooden fence. We have fiber optic Internet, so you can work remotely. The tourist trails of the Stołowe, Bystrzyckie and Bardzkie Mountains are within a short drive, and our location in the middle of the Kotlina makes us a great starting point. Of course, you can also explore the area on foot, Szalejów Dolny is a charming village with historical monuments, a castle and a huge plateau with views of the entire Valley. You can also order bicycles, the rental company from Kłodzko delivers them to the door :) Other things to note We ask you to wear slippers around the house, the floors are mostly wooden, always washed before our guests arrive. Please remember to bring your slippers, especially in winter, can drag on your feet ;) We have installed the latest hybrid heaters (convection and infrared) in the cottage for your comfort. During the heating season, we will prepare wood for you. The closest buildings are our second, 2-bed house - Szalka 50m away, our house more than 200 meters behind Szalka. We are only adjacent to an agricultural cooperative, its buildings start 500 meters from Szalejówka. You won't hear disco-polo here, we don't have neighbors ;) There are no passers-by either, because the road ends here.
