The space The apartment is complete. Ideal for having a good time with family and friends. Maximum occupancy of 8 Guests ( +1 child up to 3 years). Bedrooms: - All rooms have air conditioning and 32-inch TVs. - The bathtub can be used, but must be turned on according to the manual ( If you have not received it, request by message). - WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED and BATH LINENS due to Covid-19 rules. Living room: - It has a TV and a table for small meals. Kitchen: - Equipped to offer the basics, in case you decide to have your meals in the apartment (Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, etc.) Please read about the additional fees in "other notes". Bairro da Esplanada is the commercial center of the city of Rio Quente, it has several options of restaurants, bars and markets. You can access everything by walking around the neighborhood. The condominium has a fee of R$20.00 per night of parking, this fee is paid at the time of check-in and if there is availability of space in the condominium . If you don't have it, several guests park on the street, it's very quiet. Other things to note Condominium usage rules The cancellation of the reservation with full return of the payment within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, the cancellation rules with partial return of payment follow normal hours. Overtime cleanings can be arranged at the occupant's discretion. Cleaning supplies will be made available for the guest to keep the kitchen in good condition after cooking for their own comfort. The apartment is being cleaned according to COVID-19 protocols by company with specific training. *We ask everyone to remove trash while in the apartment. Meeting the new requirements of the city, health desk and fire department, containers for garbage disposal are scattered in various points of the parking lot. Please make sure the correct location with the staff at the front desk.
