Bright and airy double room in city centre

Relax and recharge at the end of your day. This apartment is set in a contemporary award-winning building and has large windows overlooking the Nottingham Canal. The spacious private room is furnished with everything you might need for a short or longer stay, with double bed, study desk, and storage space for clothes and books. The space The apartment is perfectly located for holiday or business travel because it is only 5 minutes walk from all major transport links. I will do the check-in in person and you will most probably see me around during your stay as I live there. I'll be more than happy to give you tips for restaurants, activities etc. Please do message me if you have any questions about planning your trip, and also to confirm your check-in requirements. In particular, if your check-in times falls outside of what I have listed please check with me as I may be able to accommodate you. Guest access Feel free to access all common areas including the full kitchen facilities, living/dining area and balcony, and use any amenities you require during your visit. During your stay A little about me: I love travelling (and my preference is to stay at Airbnb's and meet the locals!), hiking, and the theatre. I'm a fairly laid back host, love to socialise with guests but also happy to give guests privacy and space if that is what they prefer. Other things to note Since the apartment is in a residential block, please be respectful if coming home late at night. I do not set a curfew (after all, the apartment is perfectly located for a night out in town!) but do please be quiet when coming back after a night out. Thank you!
