The space Located in an historical 19th Century beautiful building on the 4th floor with elevator access. The entire apartment is at your disposal and fully equipped with heating/AC, WIFI, television, and a safe in each room. It is also composed of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, fridge, espresso coffee machine, toaster). There are 3 double bedrooms with a bathroom in each room equipped with towels, bed sheets, hair-dryer, and hand soap. There are many historical important sites to visit that are all walking distance from the apartment: St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Pincio, Trevi Fountain, and Castel Sant'Angelo. Via del Corso, Via Condotti, and the Spanish Steps are famous for Italian Fashion Shopping. Piazza Navona is about 1 km away and let's not forget that the metro is only a 100 meters from the apartment, both walking distances from the apartment. Guest access Located on the 4th floor with an elevator access. The location is quiet, furnished with modern furniture and equipped with modern appliances: heating/AC, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, a living area, 3 double-bedrooms, 3 bathrooms/ shower. Smoking is not permitted. Please be advised that the elevator in the building is designed for a MAXIMUM of 3 people per elevator ride with a total weight capacity, including luggage, of 200 Kg ( 440 lbs). Other things to note TOURIST TAX: This is not included in the price Upon arrival, guests will need to pay the Tourist Tax for the City of Rome. This amounts to 3.50 euros/person/night. The total amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. Guests are reminded that the Municipality of Rome currently imposes a tourist tax of €5 per night for each person over the age of 10. The sum is compulsorily collected on site (in cash) by the owner and paid to the Municipality of Rome. The amount is therefore not included in the rental fee.
