Private, cozy and bright room, located on a quiet street. Just 7 minutes from Getafe Central Station. It is surrounded by several train and bus lines. A separate space that will make you feel at home. The room is not very large but has a super comfortable bed in which you sleep very well. In addition, the area is quiet and without noise. A perfect place for students. *important* At the moment the room is only available for female students. The space Clean, freshly painted apartment with window, free WIFI and central heating. All furniture is new: single bed with viscoelastic mattress, desk and 3-piece wardrobe. The room has a lock on the door. Very close to Carlos III University and Getafe University Hospital. About 20 minutes from Madrid's Puerta del Sol by Cercanías train. A few minutes' walk from downtown Getafe. Close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Guest access The shared areas are: The Terrace, which is the ONLY room where smoking is allowed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A shared bathroom, equipped with soap, shampoo (short stays) and paper. Hair dryer and towels are included. There is a washing machine, and a patio (terrace) where you can hang your clothes. (Detergent not included for washing) During your stay I can help and answer your questions as soon as you need me. And there is no check-in or check-out time Other things to note - No parties, no guests. - Additional guests cannot stay in the room. - It is located on the second floor without an elevator - Room available for women only. - Shared apartment with one more person (me) and another student. - The room has a key in case you want more privacy.
