This cozy studio apartment Tian ( 30m2) has been recently redone , it is very modernly refurbished and equipped with all the necessary commodities. Apartment is stand-alone house. We are located in Zagreb's Northwestern suburb Kustošija, apartment is close to center of Zagreb and all historical amenites . Apartment is situated in dead-end street, at very convenient location and quiet neighborhood , and it is very easy to get to the city center. The space Studio apartment Tian ( 30m2) has been recently fully renovated , it is very modernly refurbished and equipped with all the necessary commodities. Apartment is stand-alone house and it has own private entrance, it is not in the building. Studio apartment consists of kitchen, double bed , sofa , dining table, little hall and bathroom with shower cabin, it has central heating system and A/C . Kitchen is equipped with everything for cooking. There's a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven ,dishwasher, coffee maker- Nespresso, water kettle, toaster. There is a little terrace in back of the apartment for sitting and chilling in the morning with a cup of coffee. We also provide free of charge : WIFI - high speed internet ( up to 100 MB download speed, up to 50 MB upload speed ), smart TV , NETFLIX, Air Condition , coffee, salt, sugar..., towels for bathroom, shower gel, hairdryer, bed linen .. We are located in Zagreb's Northwestern suburb Kustošija, close to center of Zagreb on east and business area Jankomir on west from apartment. Apartment is situated in dead-end street, at very convenient location and quiet neighborhood , so it is very easy to get to the city center. The tram station Črnomerec is just around the corner, around 800 meters far, it takes around 5-6 minutes walking from apartment. With lines 6 or 11, it takes only 10-15 minutes to the main square Ban Jelačić. Line number 2 will take you directly to the bus and train station. Supermarket, bakery, newsstand, bus station, train station ... are walking distance couple minutes from apartment. There is free parking in the street , it is not a private , on some occasions if possible private parking can be arranged for no extra fee. Distance to main square Ban Jelačić from apartment with a car is around 10-15 minutes when is not rush hour, with taxi even less. You get the entire studio apartment with its private entrance. Everything is for your use, you have your own privacy. Other than regular cleaning, we also properly clean every surface and floors with disinfectants for cleaning . We ( owners ) live just 2 house away so for any questions we are on your disposal. For an extra fee it is possible to wash your laundry, just give it to us and we will take care of it. We will meet you upon your arrival, give you the keys and provide maps of the city and all the information you need know, what to see and do in Zagreb. Guest access You get the entire studio apartment with its private entrance. Everything is for your use and only your, you have your own privacy.
