The Building is only 30 seconds walk to Lancaster Gate Station, and is also only 5 minutes walk to Paddington Train / Underground Stations, several day & night bus stops are just next to the Building as well. The Flat is situated on the Lower Ground / Basement floor accessible only by Stairs from outside the Building (as pictured) with No lift, it comes with a good size Living-room that does include a large size TV, a dinning table with chairs, One 2-seater Leather Sofa & a Sofa Bed, thus a 3rd. person (if any) can be also accepted to use the Sofa Bed. Flat occupants would enjoy a Fully-fitted separate Kitchen that does include a washing machine, an electric oven, a microwave, and the other standard kitchenware such as, a kettle, a toaster, plates & pans for someone to have a great stay. The Flat also is situated on the Lower Ground Floor, but has got several Windows & so lots on Natural Light. The Bedroom is of a reasonable size but its not too big, it has got a double bed, a good-size wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Bedroom is also provided with an Iron & an Iron board & a hair-dryer. The Bedrooms is provided with one Bath Towel per person, that is 2 Bath towels in total (as pictured). Bathroom of the Property is Not too big, and it does have a cubical shower, and a fairly reasonable size sink unit. This apartment comes with central heaters to keep the flat warm during winter days. Flat does also have a free WIFI Internet Connection. Although we are hoping for the best service within your stay, however & for Hygienic purposes, Please Note that I do not supply food items such as; Water, Sugar, Salt, Coffee, Oil, Milk.....etc. Other things to note For Other Guests' comfort across the Building, please note that Parties and/or loud music are not allowed in this apartment to eliminate noise. For the same reason; smoking is not allowed in this apartment to eliminate air pollution...
