The space In addition to the living and sleeping area and a large bathroom with two sinks and a spacious "rain shower," this unit has a separate toilet. Well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality solid wood bed (180 x 200 cm bed surface). The furnishings & amenities ensure a tasteful, deliberate mix of old and new. The glass surfaces from above provide plenty of light and a clear view of the sky, which can be darkened. If you bring your work to Vienna, the apartment is very suitable for working "in your own four walls." Guest access Separate, ground-level entrance at the end of the courtyard, the loft is available for exclusive use, self-check-in. Other things to note *centrally controlled heating: The room temperature is preset at 22 degrees C and can be adjusted on a thermostat on the radiators. The heating season depends on the established times and begins around the beginning of October and ends around the end of April. Depending on the weather, we adjust the season. *Air conditioning: Summer operation starts when the outside and inside temperatures indicate the need for air conditioning over a longer period of time. Only cooling mode is permitted. Please do not fall below the target temperature of 22° C. *Taxes and fees are not charged separately and are included in the host price and will be paid accordingly.
