This Beachfront (‘pied dans l’eau’) 3 bedroom villa is located in Flic-en-Flac, right next to one of the best stretches of sandy beach on the Western coast of the island. This cosy Villa offers panoramic sea views of the Indian Ocean. The space The Villa features a nice tropical garden, swimming pool, a small kiosk/bar and barbecue area. The property comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. All bedrooms have air conditioning and are well furnished. Bed linen as well as towels are provided. The spacious living area and dining room are modernly equipped with flat-screen TV (satellite channels available) and WIFI. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry corner includes a washing machine. Guest access The relaxing terrace offers a comfortable seating area where guests can enjoy memorable and breathtaking sunset views. Private parking is available. Our Beach villa guests can also benefit from the facilities of our main Villasun Holiday complex (located less than a 5 minute drive away), which includes a large swimming pool, a kids pool, a kids games corner, a tennis court, a fitness room and a club house. Other things to note GENERAL INFORMATION Mauritius benefiting from a tropical climate is ideal for holidays throughout the year. The north and west coasts are generally the warmer and the dryer regions of the island. Our summer is from November to April with temperatures ranging between 25 -31 degrees Celsius. Our winter is from May to October with temperature between 15-25 degrees Celsius on average. Average seawater temperature +/- 27 degrees Celsius in summer and +/- 22 degrees Celsius in winter The population of the island is about 1.35 million inhabitants consisting of Hindu, Muslim, Creole, Chinese and European origins and live in perfect harmony. This diversity contributes to the richness of our paradise island and is reflected in our daily lives and especially our culture and cuisine. The majority of of the Mauritian population is bilingual being fluent in French and English. However Mauritius favors the use of Creole and French in everyday life although the official language is English.
