Our house is surrounded by nature in a particularly quiet location and in the first row on the banks of the Moselle. The comfortably furnished apartment is very cozy, but also very spacious with around 100 square meters. The special feature is the weather-protected roof terrace with a wonderful view of the vineyards, the Moselle and the Marienburg. It is also possible to book the second apartment in the same house. Then you have a house of your own, ideal for a vacation with friends or family. The space The apartment is on the first floor and offers a large, weather-protected roof terrace with a wonderful view of the Moselle and the Marienburg. The apartment is very large (approx. 100 square meters) and offers, in addition to the roof terrace, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large eat-in kitchen that is directly adjacent to the roof terrace. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a dining table, a sofa corner with satellite HD TV and a kitchenette with a 2-ring stove, refrigerator and microwave with grill. The 2 bedrooms have 1 double bed and a double bed made up of two single beds put together. The bathroom has a shower. The WLAN is free of charge, there are many board games and books, radio plays for children and much more - our guests sometimes describe the apartment as over-equipped :) You will feel very comfortable and spend a relaxing time. Guest access In front of our house is a sunny garden that can be used by our guests. We are also happy to provide sun loungers. Your parking space directly at the house is free of charge.
