Small townhouse in a quiet residence, 3 min (300 m) from the beach! House inhabited outside of rentals. Bright, on 2 levels, this 40 m² house provides you with a friendly living space on the ground floor overlooking a private terrace. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms each offer the possibility to sleep 2 people, towels and linens not provided (for 1 double bed + 2 single beds). Spiral staircase. Parking is available in the secure parking lot of the residence depending on the number of guests Guest access You will have access to the whole house in its usable parts (the top floor being the attic, it will not be accessible to you). Be careful, spiral staircase, see photos. Other things to note Linens and towels are not provided. Provide sheets for a double bed of 140 x 190 cm, and for 2 single beds: 90 x 190 cm.
