Air Conditioning System: The air conditioners operate on a coin-based system, allowing guests to top up using €1 or €2 coins. The coin box is wall-mounted near the entrance door, directly opposite the staircase leading to the first floor. Please allow a few seconds for the system to register each coin before inserting another. This system helps ensure responsible use of energy and prevents unnecessary waste, allowing us to keep our services efficient and sustainable. Other things to note Important Information Before You Book Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link to your personal Guest Portal. This link will guide you through a few simple steps to complete your booking process: Online Check-In Form Please fill out the online check-in form with the required details. Rental Agreement After completing the form, scroll to the bottom of the page to view the Rental Agreement. We kindly ask that you read through it and digitally sign at the end. Environment Fee Payment Within the Guest Portal, you will also find a section to settle the Environment Fee, which is required by law in Malta. This fee is €0.50 per person, per night, and applies to all guests staying in holiday accommodations. To complete the payment, simply click on “Add Payment Method” in the payment section and follow the steps provided. To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly ask that all three steps—the online check-in, signing the rental agreement, and paying the environment fee—are completed at least 5 days before your check-in date. Don’t worry—this process is quick and easy, and completing it in advance helps us prepare everything for your stay.
