Welcome to our one bedroom flat with a separate entrance, on street parking and amazing views!! You will share our porch but have your own front door. Lovely walks right outside. The road is quiet and safe. We provide a free parking permit. The nearest shop is a 15/20 walk so please note if you are arriving without a car The space The flat has unrivalled views with access to beautiful walks. You have your own entrance via our porch,. There is on street parking with a permit which we will give you on arrival. The University is a 15 minute walk away and if you want to go into town it’s a 20-30 minute walk downhill. If you don’t fancy the climb back up, there is a bus stop nearby, or you can get a taxi for £7-10. The flat has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge for an extra guest. There is a kitchen with a dining table, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and two plate hob. Please note there is no oven. Although guests do not have garden access, there are lovely walks from the house and within 5 minutes you can be in the field opposite the house watching the sun go down! The nearest supermarket is five minutes by car. If you are not driving we advise you to bring some basics with you as the nearest shop is back down the hill. The place is quiet and private. Guest access Sorry no access to the rear of the property unless in emergencies. Other things to note We have 16 easy steps up to our door. We also have a larger annex on the other side of our house. Look on Airbnb to view this! Please note: the nearest shop is approximately 5 minutes drive or a 20 minute walk. We supply cereal, milk coffee etc but not enough if you are thinking of cooking a main meal. We have a policy of accepting children but will require further information.
