An easy walk to Copacabana Beach, Ipanema Holiday House is perfect for a beach getaway. With open plan living, plus an undercover outdoor area where you can chill and take in the surrounds, it's a great place to relax. Now with fully renovated bathroom and blinds and shutters throughout. Ipanema Holiday House is good for couples, families, and furry friends (now fully dog proofed!). The space Ipanema is a light and airy split level cottage for you to feel at home in. Ipanema has an open plan dining, kitchen and sunroom with timber floors throughout. 2 bedrooms offering 2 Queen beds and a set of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. The cottage has a newly renovated bathroom with built in washer and dryer. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge and gas cooking. There is also an air-conditioner and internal gas heater for your comfort. Out the back is a beautiful large fenced yard with BBQ, 8 seater outdoor setting and 2 day beds. There is plenty of room for a game of cricket or football or just laze about in the sun with a good book. Ipanema backs onto a greenbelt which sees lorikeets, rosellas and kookaburras frequently visiting, see if you can spot the kingfisher too. Play in the backyard with the dog or head to the dog friendly off leash area on the beach and enjoy the walk to Macmasters or just play on the sand. Where the road takes you..... This delightful cottage is a 750m flat stroll to Copacabana Beach, has a children's rock pool, surf club, kiosk and the dog friendly off leash area. Opposite the beach are cafes, restaurants, general store, bakery, chemist and children's playground and skate park. You will also find a park and playground area with 2 tennis courts within 300m walk from Ipanema. There is plenty to do, swimming, surfing, tennis, fishing, boating, kayaking, snorkelling or just relaxing with family and friends. This house is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. Off street parking for 3-4 vehicles and there is even room out the front for a boat. Whilst check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am, we will always try to offer early check in/late check out when there are no bookings either side of your stay.
