Beautiful Double room clontarf

The house is located in a lovely, very quiet suburban area. It is nestled between the coast and St. Anne's Park which boasts over 240 acres of public park. The entrance to the park is just a minute up the road from the house and the coastal walkway is about a ten minute stroll. You'll find a range of shops and restaurants just ten mins away. The area is served by a bus route (please note that only exact change, in coins, can be accepted on the bus). The space 1930 period property that has been tastefully modernised with power showers and open plan kitchen living room with 2 log burning stoves. The garden is beautifully landscaped with a full patio. Guest access There is parking on the driveway for one car and free, on-street parking. The keys are in a lock box at the front door if I am not home to welcome you. The kitchen can be used to prepare light meals and you can use the fridge to store food. Please remove your shoes when going upstairs - it helps keep the house cleaner. Please feel free to use the garden to relax and you can smoke outside if required. During your stay I love living in Clontarf and enjoying the beautiful coastal area. I like to show guests around the area. Other things to note Kitchen is available for light cooking. There is a microwave and fridge to store food.
