The space This set of accommodations offers a variety of comfortable and well-equipped spaces, each with unique features to meet different needs. On the second floor, there is a 60 m² apartment, externally clad in wood, evoking the aesthetics of a mountain chalet. Access is through the inn's reception, located on the ground floor, where the shared areas are also located. This space includes a portable iron barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining, which can be positioned on the kitchen's entrance terrace. The main house, located on the ground floor, occupies 65 m² and is perfect for groups of family or friends of up to 7 people, and can accommodate up to 8 with the living room sofa. With two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, both have split air conditioning. The house is bright and sunny, with direct access to the flowery and ornate garden, providing a comfortable environment and a beach atmosphere. The 18 sq. m loft is ideal for couples, offering a balcony with a small table and chairs to enjoy the fresh air. Equipped with a comfortable bed, quality linen, split AC, fast Wi-Fi and smart TV, the loft guarantees all the necessary comfort. The wide glass door has a black-out curtain for added convenience. In addition to the accommodations, the inn offers an independent reception on the ground floor and a shared-use kitchen, adapted from the original space of the house, now transformed into an integrated living area. Guests have free access to the living areas, including the balcony with hammocks, the garden and the table where breakfast is served, available at an additional cost during the high season from December 1 to March 31. Surrounded by a beautiful garden full of flowers and ornamental plants, the guesthouse provides a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for enjoying the best beach atmosphere. Guest access Access to the shared areas is free for all guests, offering an integrated leisure experience. The property features a living area with a barbecue, a garden with a sofa to relax, a slackline, and bicycles for free use. Also, there is a shared kitchen equipped with an oven-stove, microwave, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, and all the basic utensils to prepare and serve your meals. Guests have access to a laundry room at a minimal cost, by appointment, and an organic garden. The balcony is a pleasant space with tables for breakfast, available upon reservation, with prices varying according to the season: R$15 in the low season and R$20 in the high season. Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the shared kitchen and coffee area, offering a variety of seasonal fruits, French and wholemeal breads, traditional cakes such as carrot, passion fruit, orange, chocolate, German cucas, Minas Gerais cheese bread, butter, margarine, dulce de leche, jellies, cold cuts such as ham, cheeses, salami, smoked chicken breast, teas, coffee, milk, natural juices, yogurt, breakfast cereal and granola. Guests can count on a special concierge service at the reception to schedule tours such as diving, boating, hiking, rafting and paragliding. There is also a minibar service with prices available on the menu in each property. Hairdryer and iron are available upon request. Other things to note Important: - There is no ATM in Guarda do Embaú, only on Pinheira beach, 2.5 km away. - The voltage in Guarda do Embaú is 220V. Be sure to check the voltage of your appliances before connecting them, as 110V appliances (other than bivolt, such as most chargers and laptops) can be damaged if used in 220V outlets. - Access to the accommodation is via stairs, including access to the shared rooftop balcony. - Check-in time is from 2 p.m. and check-out must be done by 11 a.m. - As soon as the reservation is made, the guest must send a list with the full names and CPF and RG numbers (or driver's license/passport in the case of foreigners) of all the people who will be staying during the contracted period, and may not exceed the number of people stipulated in the reservation. - Linen: sheets and towels are not changed daily; it is recommended to hang towels after use to keep them dry until the next bath. In stays of more than two nights, the loft change is offered every 2 days, upon prior appointment with our team. - Breakfast is available to order the day before, with an additional cost of R$15.00 in low season and R$20.00 in high season. In high season, from December 1 to March 31, the cost is R$30.00 per person per day. - The minimum base rate is for 4 people, with a maximum of 8. For reservations with more than 4 people, an additional R$70.00 per extra person per day will be charged. - Never stop saving water, opening taps and shower just as necessary.
