(Do click below to show more) The space Step inside and you’ll be greeted with big warm pendant light bulbs hanging from the high ceiling. On this level is the living space, kitchen and a toilet. There are comfy sofa & seat and wooden pallet coffee table in the living area. Here you can watch some Netflix, or even better, some good ol' DVDs :p or read one of the many books from the shelves with a glass of wine. The kitchen has a hood & induction stove, an oven & a fridge, complete with dishware, pots and pans, and basic cooking utensils for some light cooking. Sit on the high chairs at the extended counter top or at the alfresco table for a lovely breakfast, looking out at the green hill in the morning light. In heavy rain, this green hill turns misty - a calming view you can never get enough while having a warm cuppa in such chilly wet weather. Climb upstairs to the spacious mezzanine floor. The cosy bedroom with en-suite shower & toilet, has a big wardrobe with chest drawers, a big full height mirror, and yet there still is enough floor space for yoga or meditation. Lie down on the quality plush mattress of the queen bed. The big windows let in plenty of light while you enjoy the green hill view and forget that you’re in a city. On a lazy day, just sleep in with the black-out curtains drawn. Breathe. Unwind. Rest. Guest access Just be at home; the home away from home. Light cooking/baking is welcome, so you could feel at home with some home cooked meals. Cookware and utensils are available. We appreciate you clean after yourselves and keep the place clean. There is a piped-in RO filtered water dispenser for drinking water. Books, DVDs and some games are available for you to enjoy. After use please return them to where they are kept. Max (HBO) is provided. However, you'll need to sign in with your own subscriptions to watch other streaming services e.g. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc. Power strips with universal sockets and PD3.0 &QC3.0 usb ports are provided for your convenience. There is a small washer next to the toilet for your daily wash. There is also a small drying rack. If you need to wash and dry a big load, we recommend you to use the launderette in the building (find out more in the neighbour description “Where you’ll be” section). Disinfectant sprays and hand sanitizers are provided on both mezzanine (sleeping) and lower floor (living). Other things to note FOR EVERY NEW STAY: - The house is professionally cleaned thoroughly by our experienced, hotel-trained housekeeper. - Refrigerator and oven are wiped down; the washing machine and its filter are also cleaned. - A brand new dish washing sponge is provided. - Fresh bed linens, bath/hand towels that have been professionally laundered by our trusted dry-cleaner, are provided. - The wardrobe is sanitised and aired out.
