Charming fully renovated room in authentic old dalmatian stone house located. Only 50 meters from seaside and 200 meters from Riva - center of town. While located in center it is hidden from main streets keeping your vacation time in quiet, with no traffic noise. Perfect place if you want to explore city. Sights like Diocletian's Palace, Riva, churches, museums and also restaurants, beaches, shops,ferry and train stations are in 2-10 minutes walk. The space Fully renovated room decorated with authentic stone walls, offers air conditioning, cable 32" TV, free Wi-fi. Equipped with double size bed, bathroom with shower and small refrigerator. The House was renovated in 2016 and it has three different apartments. Room Saskinja (2) located on first floor has bedroom with bathroom. You can combine this apartment with our two others: Apartment Kamik (2) is located on first floor has one bedroom, living room with large sofa, kitchen and bathroom. Apartment Rudula(2) located on ground floor is studio apartmen, has one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. If you're coming with a car there are loads of city parking spaces in the vicinity of the house , and most of the city rent a car offices are in the 100 meters radius. If coming by bus/train/ferry it's a 10 minutes walking distance as all of the stations are located in the city ferry station.
