The Old Workshop @ Swallows is an extended single storey barn dating back to the 1880’s. It has been sympathetically renovated to bring it up to 21st century standards with electricity generated using our solar panels. The Old Workshop is situated within an AONB and is tucked away in the courtyard of our barns. The space NEWLY BUILT & RENOVATED You enter via a long drive at the end of which is a dedicated parking area for Airbnb guests. The accommodation is a separate barn with a spacious sitting/dining/kitchen area, a bedroom and a luxury ensuite. Sitting/dining/kitchen area A cosy dark green velvet sofa with a glass Habitat coffee table are close to a wall mounted tv. The dining area has a Neptune solid oak table and two grey upholstered Swoon chairs. The kitchen has a sink and an integrated slimline dishwasher, integrated fridge with freezer compartment together with a fan assisted single oven and a domino hob( 2 rings). There is also a microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Bedroom The bedroom has a king size bed with upholstered headboard, bedside tables, ottoman storing additional pillows, etc hanging hooks and shelves for clothes. Wall lights and electrical sockets with built in USB sockets. Cupboard housing ironing board, etc. Ensuite The ensuite is fitted out with Porcelanosa sanitaryware, bringing the beauty of stylish Spanish design. A contemporary tiled walk in shower has a rainwater head and separate handheld shower attachment. A wall hung hand basin and toilet complete the room with a towel rail. Garden The garden is surrounded on all sides by stunning scenery. Lots of seating areas. We are creating a special secluded area for guests although you are very welcome to wander in our garden.
