There are bus stops within a few minutes walk for transport to Exeter or Torbay and a mainline railway station in the centre of Dawlish. There are pubs, shops and beaches within walking distance. One parking space is available for guests. Other things to note Access to the property from the drive is level and lit at night with one step into the annex vestibule. Once inside, the accommodation is on one level. Unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair users as the access path along the side of the bungalow is not wide enough.
