My little house by the sea is an ideal base to enjoy the beach and the sea, being 150 m away! All shops are open year-round! The house is simple but practical for a family with 2 children: 2 beautiful bedrooms (sleeps 4), a kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven! A terrace and BBQ, a fenced garden to accommodate children, cars, boats, jet skis, windsurfing or kitesurfing because with us everything is possible!!!! The space => The house is well located to access the beach on foot. *****BUT IN SUMMER IT IS NOISY, ******* being on the road that goes to the sea. If you're from the countryside, this can be difficult. But normally you are at the beach when vacationers also come to the beach by car!!! The house is 80 m2 and single-story, easy to access for people with reduced mobility (PRM), and young children. It is easy to maintain and has nothing to fear for a family being a small vacation home! ️Please note the house is rented from 5 consecutive nights in summer *****If you have a toddler I can offer you a high chair, a small baby bathtub... The baby can be added to the family of 4 at no extra cost! This small house can accommodate 3 children if requested in advance! Guest access all the accommodation is accessible! Other things to note -⚠️Heating Warning: from 10/1 to 06/1 a meter reading will be done and the heating will be invoiced on the meter reading in addition to the rental. Remember to close the windows! -⚠️Housekeeping: I leave you a clean and pleasant accommodation. It is equipped with cleaning products allowing you to keep it at the same level as when you were welcomed. ***⚠️A deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival to guarantee accommodation of the same quality upon departure, because unfortunately not all vacationers respect this condition.
