Brensholmen Coast Pier

New house with very high standard on Brensholmen, about 40-50 min drive from Tromsø airport. 2 km to convenience store and about 10 km to inn and hotel on Sommarøy. The house is 150 m2 and is on 2 floors with 5 bedrooms + small older sleeping cabin of 15 m2. Idyllically located by the sea, so close that the waves can hit the brick wall at high tide. Here you can enjoy the Northern Lights right outside the door. If you are lucky, you can also see whales from the window in the season December to March. Eagles and otters are almost a daily sight. The space Private, quiet place bordering a natural area with mountains and white beaches and almost untouched nature, extreme lake and nature that can be enjoyed all alone in the sound of nature. Unique for the Northern Lights. All outdoor lights on the house can be switched off/on with the push of a switch. This easily provides unique opportunities for northern lights photography without light pollution. The area Brensholmen is known for its history from the Viking Age and has many remains from 2 World Wars. We recommend walking in this area which is close to the house. House: - Floor tiles on the 1st floor. Bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor have laminate flooring. Underfloor heating in all rooms except bedrooms on the 2nd floor that have heaters. - Heat in tiles outside the front door. - Ventilation with heat recovery in all rooms. - Central vacuum cleaner 1st and 2nd floor. - TV 55" with aps, pay TV, spotify, Internet, bluetooth, soundbar and sub. - Internet Wi-Fi - Smoke detectors in all rooms + common central. - Refrigerator kitchen, micro/combi, oven and induction top. - Freezer storage, washing machine, dryer, bench and sink. - 2 bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower. - Water heater. 300 liters, (ozo super express). Good capacity :) - Wood burning Guest access Guests have access to the house as advertised, and we hope this will be enjoyed together with the surrounding nature. Kitchen, living room and all bedrooms have their own balcony door. Other things to note It is important that the correct number of people is entered when booking. The base price applies from 1 to 4 people. Price per person over 4 is NOK 500 per day. Additional overnight guests beyond what is booked must be changed through Airbnb so that the host is notified. If only the host is notified, the host's request must be accepted immediately. If this is not notified, the accommodation fee for additional guests will be doubled. Guest must accept this otherwise the stay will be cancelled with immediate effect without refund. The maximum number of overnight guests is 8 people regardless of age, violation results in immediate cancellation without refund. It is possible for guests to combine beds into 4 double rooms. No use of shoes indoors.
