New house with very high standard on Brensholmen, about 40- 50 min drive from Tromsø airport. 2 km to convenience store and about 10 km to inn and hotel on Sommarøy. The house is 150 m2 and is on 2 levels with 5 bedrooms + small older sleeping cabin of 15 m2. Located idyllically by the sea, so close that the waves can hit the brick wall at high tide. Here you can enjoy the northern lights just outside the door. If you're lucky, you can also see whales from the December to March season. Eagles and otters are almost a daily sight. The space Private, quiet place bordering natural area with mountains and white beaches and almost untouched nature, extreme sea and nature that can be enjoyed completely alone in the sound of nature. Unique to the Northern Lights. All outdoor lights on the house can be switched on/off with the touch of a switch. This easily provides unique opportunities for the Northern Lights photo without light pollution. The area of Brensholmen is known for its history from the Viking Age and has many remains from World War II. We recommend hiking in this area that is close to the house. House: - Floor tiles 1 floor. Kitchen, living room and all bedrooms have their own balcony door. Other things to note It's important to put in the right number of people at the time of booking. The base price applies from 1 to 4 people. Price per person over 4 is 500 kr per day. Additional overnight guests beyond what's booked must be changed through Airbnb to be notified. If only the host is notified, claims from the host must be immediately If this is not notified, the additional guest accommodation fee will be doubled. Guest will have to accept this or the stay will be cancelled with immediate effect without refund. The maximum number of overnight guests is 8 people regardless of age, violation will result in immediate cancellation without refunds. It is quite possible for guests to collect beds together into 4 double rooms. No shoes inside.
