Eco Village Cottage - Number 10
Description
Nestled within a tranquil valley of jungle wilderness, Khaama Kethna is a one-of-a-kind Sustainable Village and Holistic Centre. Spread across 12 acres of sub-tropical forest, our sustainable village consists of eco-friendly traditionally handcrafted cottages and treehouses surrounded by vegetable gardens, fruit trees & untouched nature in every direction. The space Spread across 12 acres of sub-tropical forest, you will stay in one of our traditionally hand crafted tree houses, surrounded by untouched nature, birdsong and green in every direction. Throughout the duration of your stay, you will be immersed into nature and live in harmony with the incredible native flora and fauna of the South Goan jungle. From trees in the bedroom to frogs in the toilet, each room is designed to incorporate life throughout - we are guests in the jungle’s environment and not the other way around. This fresh, wild and unconfined environment inspires people to acknowledge and embrace the whole of life while reconnecting to the beautiful life force within and all around. Guest access You will be welcome to wander through the gardens, open jungle shala spaces, and our beautiful reception area at the centre. Other things to note As we are a centre for wellbeing and sustainable living we ask that all guests do their best to maintain some healthy and eco living guidelines when living in the centre and this means no alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants are permitted onsite. We also request that no loud music be played, no parties or loud gatherings. We have good wifi in the work space and reception area as well as some of the rooms but due to the large scale of the property there is no wifi in some of the rooms. Due to the current global pandemic our onsite cafe is only partly functioning and on the days it is open our delicious vegan meals are only available to pre order for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
