Very well located, short drive to Angeles city & Clark International Airport. Major supermarkets & stores w/ in a few minutes walk. Window type Air-conditioner, ceiling fan & double sized bed w/ white crisp cotton linen with single sized floor foam bed in the bedroom. Extra double sized floor foam is available in the unit. Split type digital inverter 2hp air-conditioner downstairs (sitting area, dining/kitchen), heated shower, bidet, hotel quality white towels & toiletries are provided. Fully equipped kitchen w/ induction cooker, fridge, electric kettle, coffee, cream, sugar, mineral water are also provided. Open plan kitchen-dining area. Total floor space is 376 sq ft. The entire house is fantastic value with all of the services that are included. Guest access High speed pure fiber internet is available all over the house and NETFLIX, Youtube channels, cable TV can be enjoyed on a 32 inch widescreen HD SMART TV. Within the gated community there is free access to a large outdoor swimming pool with an additional kiddies' pool. Free access to swimming pool is for the first 3 people and for every extra person you would have to pay 100 philippine pesos. Mondays & Tuesdays, cleaning/maintenance schedule of swimming pool therefore not available during these days. A fully equipped gym is also available for minimal fee per visit. There is also a children's playground within the gated community. Within a few minutes walk from the house there is very large Robinson's Supermarket and StarMall and 7-11 convenient store. There are also different types of restaurants you can choose from. A sari-sari store is located directly across the street from the house and there are a number of them located on the same street and within walking distance of the house. A CCTV is installed outside the house fronting the gate. Guests are expected to tidy up the house prior to check-out. Cleaning fee is for cleaning and preparing the house before guests arrival. The house comfortably accommodates up to 3 persons with the possibility to accommodate up to 6 people. Extra guests after 3 guests will incur a very minimal charge of 300 pesos. Children 2 yrs old and above are included in the headcount and must be indicated when booking. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Bedroom has a double bed & has a single floor mattress. There is also a double sized floor mattress available. We charge 100 pesos per extra hour before & or after the standard check in/check out. If extra hours goes beyond 5 hours it is considered as over night booking.
