The only house that has air-conditioning unit in bedroom, living room & dining. Perfect to counter the humidity. A minimalist, cosy styled fully equipped house in Xevera, Mabalacat. A gated community w/ access to a gym, large outdoor swimming pool and children's playground. Heated shower and WIFI INTERNET & NETFLIX. Very well located, short drive to Angeles city & Clark International Airport. Major supermarkets & stores w/ in a few minutes walk. The space House with appliances and furniture, including a flatscreen smart tv, Cable channels, wifi internet, Netflix, automatic washing machine. Window type Air-conditioner, ceiling fan & double sized bed and single sized floor foam bed in the bedroom. Extra double sized floor foam in the living room is available in the unit. Split type digital inverter 2hp air-conditioner downstairs (sitting area, dining/kitchen), heated shower, bidet, bath towels & toiletries are provided. Fully equipped kitchen w/ induction cooker, fridge, electric kettle, mineral water are also provided. Open plan kitchen-dining area. Total floor space is 376 sq ft. The entire house is fantastic value with all of the services that are included. Guest access Wifi internet is available all over the house and NETFLIX, Youtube channels, cable TV can be enjoyed on a 32 inch widescreen HD SMART TV. Within the gated community there is free access to a large outdoor swimming pool with an additional kiddies' pool. Free access to swimming pool is for the first 3 people and for every extra person you would have to pay 100 philippine pesos. Mondays & Tuesdays, cleaning/maintenance schedule of swimming pool therefore not available during these days. Take note that the free access to swimming pool is only available to guests who booked for a minimum of 1 week. A fully equipped private gym is also available for minimal fee per visit. There is also a children's playground within the gated community. Within a few minutes walk from the house there is very large Robinson's Supermarket and StarMall and 7-11 convenient store. There are also different types of restaurants you can choose from. A CCTV is installed OUTSIDE the house fronting the gate. Guests are expected to tidy up the house prior to check-out. Cleaning fee is for cleaning and preparing the house before guests arrival. Other things to note We offer complimentary mineral drinking water and toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible (tissue papers, shampoo, shower gel or bar soap & dish washing soap FREE access to olympic size swimming pool with kiddie pool located at the ClubHouse for guests staying a minimum of 1 week. A full range of fastfood delivery services via grab food or food panda. The house comfortably accommodates up to 3 persons with the possibility to accommodate up to 6 people. Extra guests after 3 guests will incur a very minimal charge of 300 pesos. Children 2 yrs old and above are included in the headcount and must be indicated when booking. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Bedroom has a double bed & has a single floor mattress. There is also an extra double sized floor mattress available that can used in the living room. We charge 100 pesos per extra hour before & or after the standard check in/check out. If extra hours goes beyond 5 hours it is considered as over night booking.
