Wooden house with large terrace 400 meters from the ocean. From the entrance, the living room is bathed in light thanks to the 2 sliding glass doors overlooking a large terrace where you can dine on a large wooden table with 8 armchairs, a plancha area and an outdoor sofa. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are modular: 2 single beds or 1 double bed, the master bedroom is upstairs with a great view of the pine trees from the terrace The space The living room consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area and sitting area. By 3 small steps, you reach the 1st landing where you will find 2 modular bedrooms: 2 small 80 beds or 160 large bed, the bathroom with washing machine and dryer and separate toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the third bedroom with a 160 bed, a sink-toilet area, and a pretty terrace where you can enjoy the sun and life on the top of the pine trees. On the terrace you will find a wooden table and 8 chairs for outdoor dining, a sofa for naps, there is also a very nice outdoor shower with hot and cold water when you return from the beach. There is a fenced hot tub on the terrace, it is not included in the rental. Your car will be parked in a private space in front of the house where you can plug your electric vehicle into a "Green-Up" socket (upon request). The house is built on high ground, on a basement where we have set up a small, very well insulated accommodation that we keep for our private use and whose access is different from that of the house.
