This is a country lifestyle home set on 7 acres nestled in the picturesque alpine region between Yackandandah, Mt Beauty, and Myrtleford. For snow bunnies, Falls Creek is not too far away, approx 1hr drive. It's a 3min drive to the Dederang Hotel and Dederang Store for baked goods and great coffee. Guest access Entire house access. And fruit trees when in season (Oct-Mar) - apples, oranges, peaches, lemons, limes and plums. Other things to note The Valley House is designed to have verandah access from the bedrooms via wooden country doors (photos) to open up the views. The kitchen is recently renovated and has convection cooking so you must only use cookware provided. There's a new oven and cook top. There's a kettle, toaster, inside grill top, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and sink. There's electric air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the living space. Doors and windows all open for more beautiful country air. The bathroom has a new shower. No bath. There's a separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine and drying racks for ski clothes. We have a TV and DVD player for your use with some dvds for watching in front of the fire on those cooler nights. The fireplace has wood supplied and adds a beautiful warmth to the whole house. Remember if you're leaving don't empty the fire coals into anything, leave them in the closed firebox so they can go out safely. For the little ones, we have a secret garden that has a small cubby house for fun. And inside some games.
