The space Emmave Panafest apartment is built into a 24 hour security and a well planned community called Borteyman SSNIT Flats. It is located less than 1 kilometer off the Tema-Accra motorway stretch, opposite Tema Community 18 Junction and 10 minutes drive from East Legion. It is a nice place for guests who do not want to stay in the hustle-and- bustle of downtown Accra but want that edge city feeling. Guest access Guests have their own private access into the apartment and will have access to the bedroom, living area, dining area, kitchen and bath. The price advertised on airbnb is for one bedroom and one guest. The number of guests should be stated at the time of booking to help prepare for guests. Guests can receive visitors but visitors are not allowed to sleep overnight. There is a WIFI with up to 1000mb(1GB) free data per day. Usage above 1GB per day will be paid by guest. Electricity usage is limited to 10 cedis per day. Usage above 10 cedis will be paid by guest. Other things to note Currently, there is no alternative electricity power supply in the event of power outages. However, there are rechargeable lamps available to use by guest. Due to large windows and louvres, natural aeration is usually adequate to provide the ventilation needed when there is power outage.
