Casa Heritage Since 1452, Goa is a 14th Century Indo-Portuguese Manor which has become a beautiful Heritage Premium Villa in North Goa. It is tucked away from the hustle bustle life in the charming village of Canca Anjuna. The Palatial is 570-Yrs old and one of the initial houses of North Goa, even before Portuguese entered in India. It has been lovingly restored from ruins and the careful attention taken to keep the walls alive even after 570 Yrs. The space It's an Heritage villa spread-out into area of 2500 Sq Mtrs (approx 27000 sq ft.) with huge garden and a private swimming pool. We also provide Kitchen, Bonfire, Live Barbecue, Hookah on request and offer space to organise your private events/ functions for up to the gathering of maximum 100 people (maximum 30 people can stay). Kitchen charges: INR 3000/- per day including kitchen uses, Gas cylinder uses, basic required utensils for cooking and wide range of crockery and cutlery. Kitchen is not included in the standard pricing of Airbnb, hence it would be charged on and above the standard pricing published on Airbnb) Grocery, Perishable, Vegetables etc would be charged separately or you may bring your own. Charges for Bonfire : INR 3000/- for 4 hours session includes coal/ fuel. Live Barbecue: INR 4000/- for 4 hours session includes coal/ fuel. Food preparation & required material to grill would be charged separately. Event charges- Depends on the gathering and type of event, which also to be discussed with the Villa Host/ Owner well in prior. Electric supply: Villa is well equipped with 240 volt of electric supply to take load of existing electrical connections/ fixtures in the premises, hence you will have to take a prior approval from the host before plug-in an extra high load equipment (like Induction plate, mini carry fridge, etc.) to avoid unexpected electrical disturbance in the villa. Airbnb pricing : it's only to stay, however if you wish to organise any event, then separate charges would be applicable, which to be discussed with the Villa Host/ Owner before start. Certified Pets are allowed only in the garden area, where master of the pet is fully responsible to take care of the pet. Guest access Guests are allowed to use every single area in the Villa. Swimming pool timings: 24 hrs, Please carry proper swimming trucks while using the pool to avoid any disruption to the filtration plant and we take a shutdown of the swimming pool in the night time so that we can provide you the hygienic and clean swimming pool next day in the morning. Visitors are allowed only up-to 19:30 hrs and with valid Photo ID proof, post this time frame visitors would be consider as resident and charges of INR 1500/- per person per night would be applicable. Other things to note In addition to your paid rental; we keep a refundable security deposit of INR 20000/- on arrival. This amount would be 100% refundable on your departure after checking the condition of all assets in the property and if any damage is found, then amount of the damage cost would be adjusted from the security deposit, before we refund it to you.
