Please note that we do not accept consecutive reservations, which means that no other guests can check in on the same day that another guest checks out. This listing is for the use of both the house and the camping setup. The guest who made the reservation is required to stay on the property for the entire duration of the booking. If you are booking on behalf of family members, an authorization letter and a valid government ID will be required. Guests bringing pets must present updated vaccination records due to a previous biting incident. Thank you for your understanding. ACCOMMODATION: Ilaya Luntian is a secluded family rest house and camping retreat located at the border of Indang and Alfonso, Cavite, nestled within a 3,100 square meter private property surrounded by nature. This is a house-and-camping listing designed for guests who enjoy a mix of indoor comfort and outdoor living. The property can accommodate up to 10 guests and 2 pets and is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from Mahogany Market in Tagaytay. The property has (2) two bedrooms. The loft-type bedroom, which is where the centralized air conditioning is located, is furnished with (1) one double-sized bed, (1) one single bed, and (1) one sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The treehouse bedroom has (2) two single beds. Additional guests will be accommodated through our camping setup, which includes tents with (3) three double-sized futons, fresh bed linens, pillows, and blankets. This setup is ideal for guests who enjoy camping while still having access to house amenities. The shower areas are detached from the main house and are intended to comfortably serve guests staying in the camping area. This layout allows for a more authentic camping experience while keeping the house space relaxed and uncluttered. Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the plunge pool measuring 2x2 meters with a depth of 5 feet, a jacuzzi, a treehouse, a playground, and private camping grounds. Evenings can be spent enjoying a bonfire at the campsite, making the property ideal for families and small groups who value privacy and outdoor activities. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi suitable for remote work and online classes. Guests are required to bring their own toiletries and towels. Complimentary shampoo and liquid body soap are provided, and towels are available for purchase if needed. Two caretakers are available to assist during your stay. One will welcome and orient guests during check-in and check-out, while the other resides within the property for on-call assistance. Guests bringing pets are required to bring their own pet bedding and feeding bowls. Guest access The entire property is all for you, your family, and your friends. We have a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. Restaurants are also 20-30 minutes away from the property, making it convenient enough if you don't wish to cook during your stay. Other things to note WE ARE A REGISTERED BUSINESS ▪︎ Maximum of 10 guests, including kids 2 years old and below. ▪︎ Base price for 6 guests and below and will increase by P650/head. ▪︎ For 6 guests and below, if you wish to set up a tent, an additional P350/tent is needed, including futons, pillows, and blankets. ▪︎ Infants (under 2 years old) are free of charge but are included in the headcount. ▪︎ We are pet-friendly. We only allow 2 pets per stay with no pet fee charge. A charge of Php 300/pet after the allowed number of pets. ▪︎ Guests who will be bringing their pets should present their pets updated vaccine records. ▪︎ We have a bonfire fee. Guests can directly pay the caretakers for this, as our caretakers are the ones to procure the wood needed for the bonfire. ▪︎ We have rescued pets living on the property. Rest assured, they will remain securely chained throughout your stay. Please treat our home with the same respect as you would treat yours. This is a family guest house, not a hotel, so please don't expect high-class luxury treatment. There will be no room service or clean-up rooms during your stay period. Please clean up after yourself and your pets.
