Close to Ateneo De Manila University, Miriam College, UP Diliman, LRT-2 line. The space This corner unit is equipped with 2 a/c units and fitting appliances for a comfortable visit. With Bloom, guests have a true 1- Bedroom with queen bed, double bed pull out, and desk. Comfy living area with 2-seater sofa bed, Smart TV, and local cable. Guest access to in-building pool & gym. There is 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a living, cooking, and dining area. With the balcony access, one has full view of the peaceful quezon city. For the bedroom, guests sleep in a spacious queen- sized bed with optional pull-out and beddings for up to __ guests along with a working desk and vanity, in-room laundry washer-drier, and a huge closet. There are blinds to block out the sun’s harsh rays to have a peaceful good night’s rest. A desk by the bed serves as both a vanity and work table. There is an open closet with hangers to hang clothes and lockers where you can find fresh linen and extra pillows. The fully functioning kitchen-dining area comes with an induction cooktop; an apartment-size fridge; a toaster oven; an electric kettle; a rice cooker; cookware, cutlery, utensils, and dishes. The cooktop is installed into the counter with white subway-like tile backsplash where you can prepare home-cooked meals. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided for guests. The living area has a smart TV and a sofa bed that sits up to 4 and sleeps 2 comfortably. Within the space are 2 usb plugs for easy charging as well as a small round coffee table. For additional seating, there is a small reading nook. This home has 2 bathrooms — one by the kitchen and one in the bedroom. Water heaters and bidets have been installed. for the guests’ convenience. Bloom participates in the low impact and natural lifestyle by providing a shampoo bar, hand and body soap bars, and biodegradable tissue. Cleaning items are provided by the door and in the closet under the sink for easy access. Instructions for use of items are provided as well. Guest access Guests have access the gym and the study area on the roof deck floor and the pool on the Amentities (A) floor. The pool is closed Mondays for cleaning. Pool Hours are from 10am to 9pm. No parking access.
